I love Hit 180! ClassPass brought me there, but I’ve stayed because of the quality of classes they offer. I love the tabata work outs and the cardio kickboxing classes. The instructors are helpful and motivating. Not only are the classes great, but it is also in a great facility. There are many people with personal trainers, there’s a great spin studio, a boxing ring, and lots of weights. Hit 180 is a great option for different workouts, and there is something for everyone.
