Licensed Behavior Specialist Type 1

Fitness and wellness have always been an important part of my life. In 2005 I started working with children on the Autism Spectrum (ASD) as a behavioral therapist, where my goal was to promote a greater quality of life while teaching independence and functional skill sets.   As a lifelong soccer player and athlete, I incorporated many workout regimes and practices into my therapy sessions with various clients.  The popularity of these workout routines I created became a standard part of therapy sessions, and have been used by various therapists and clients throughout Chicagoland. The effects of fitness and training with the clients fueled my desire to continue building a platform where exercise and fitness can be used to help the physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being for individuals with special needs.

Client Testimonials

“Allia has implemented exercise as part of Sophia’s therapy. After Sophia has exerted herself physically, there is a discernible difference in her cognitive availability and awareness. We are firm believers that an exercise program, in conjunction with her other therapies, is extremely beneficial to her overall well- being. “

-Michele and Joe Amabile (parents of a client with ASD)
