Trainers:

Primary Focus will be on the full body. The purpose of this class is to keep the heart rate consistently elevated at an aerobic level to guarantee dramatic fitness results in under an hour. Participants will engage in a series of cardio and strength training exercises with brief rest breaks in between. Because this program focuses on both cardio and strength, it is fast-paced and more stimulating than a typical class. This class is not a CrossFit class but instead a Cross Training Not only will you burn calories, but you will have fun in the process!
