High School Girls Conditioning
As any seasoned athlete or coach can attest, training in the offseason is just as important as regular exercise and practice during the season. Keeping your body in shape and refining your skills helps you progress throughout your athletic career and perform to the best of your abilities.
At Hit 180 Fitness, you’ll find special sport training programs for athletes in the North Shore area. We base your routine on:

- Your current fitness level
- Additional training done outside of the Hit 180 gym
