George is just as comfortable working with senior citizens to retain their independence as he ishelping professional athletes bulk up. He thoughtfully & respectfully works with people from any lifestyle or fitness level. Consequently, one of George’s strengths is building sustainable plans that are suitable for each client’s personal needs.
