One of our many HIIT class options Tabata 20/10 program. Tabata combines strength, cardio, core, and agility exercises. The exercise sets in a Tabata session only last about four minutes, but they will be the longest four minutes of your life! Each round consists of 20 seconds of intense exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, then right back into another high-intensity exercise for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest. We do eight rounds per set and eight sets of each exercise per session!
Another option is our signature HIT180 class is high intensity and low impact. This limits the stress on joints during the workout and lowers the risk of injury. Instead of treadmills, we favor equipment like rowers or versa climbers. This equipment effectively works the body while significantly reducing the impact on your knees and joints compared to running. Participants get killer results and the injury rate is much lower than with other regimens. We incorporate four stations: cardio, upper body strength, lower body strength, and functional/dynamic workouts. Furthermore, we mix it up everyday so it doesn’t get repetitive.
