One of our more popular HIIT classes is Tabata 20/10s. Tabata 20/10s combine core, strength, cardio, and agility exercises. Each set in one of these sessions only lasts 4 minutes, but it’s sure to be the longest 4 minutes of your life! During a standard Tabata session, you’ll do 20 seconds of high-intensity exercise, followed by a 10 second break. After the quick break it’s right back into another intense 20 seconds. Each 20/10 is one round; we do eight rounds per set and eight sets of each exercise per session!
High intensity, low impact, big results!
Our flagship program is our signature HIT180 class. HIT180 is high intensity, but low impact. Low impact exercise limits the stress put on your joints during the workout and lowers the risk of injury. In lieu of treadmills, which stress the knees and ankles, we favor equipment like rowers or versa climbers. This equipment effectively works the body while significantly reducing the impact on your knees and joints compared to running. Our students get great results and the injury rate is significantly lower than with high-impact regimens. We incorporate four stations: cardio, upper body strength, lower body strength, and functional/dynamic workouts. Furthermore, we mix it up everyday so it doesn’t get repetitive.
