Our signature HIT180 class is our flagship program. HIT180 is high intensity, but we focus on low impact exercises. Low impact exercise puts less stress on your joints during the class and lowers your risk of injury. In place of treadmills, which cause stress in the knees and ankles, we favor equipment like rowers or versa climbers. This equipment is still highly effective, but significantly reduce the impact on your knees and joints compared to jogging or running. Our clients consistently get excellent results and the injury rate is down considerably compared to high-impact regimens. We incorporate four stations: functional/dynamic workouts, upper body strength, lower body strength, and cardio. Furthermore, we mix it up everyday to avoid getting redundant or repetitive.

One of our more popular HIIT classes is Tabata 20/10s. Tabata 20/10s combine core, strength, cardio, and agility exercises. Each set in one of these sessions only lasts 4 minutes, but it’s sure to be the longest 4 minutes of your life! During a standard Tabata session, you’ll do 20 seconds of high-intensity exercise, followed by a 10 second break. After the quick break it’s right back into another intense 20 seconds. Each 20/10 is one round; we do eight rounds per set and eight sets of each exercise per session!
