Our flagship program is our signature HIT180 class. HIT180 is high intensity and low impact. Low impact exercise limits the stress put on your joints during the workout and lowers the risk of injury. In lieu of treadmills, which stress the knees and ankles, we favor equipment like rowers or versa climbers. This equipment effectively works the body while significantly reducing the impact on your knees and joints compared to running. Our students get great results and the injury rate is significantly lower than with high-impact regimens. We incorporate four stations: cardio, upper body strength, lower body strength, and functional/dynamic workouts. Furthermore, we mix it up everyday so it doesn’t get repetitive.
Another of our many HIIT class options is the Tabata 20/10 program. Tabata combines cardio, core, strength, and agility exercises. Each set in one of these sessions only lasts 4 minutes, but they might just feel like the longest 4 minutes of your life! During a Tabata session, we do 20 seconds of high-intensity exercise, followed by a quick 10 second rest, then right back into it. Each 20/10 is one round; we do eight rounds per set and eight sets of each exercise per session!
