HIT180Fitness founder George Solomos is an experienced personal strength trainer and accomplished athlete. George founded HIT180Fit to meet a need he saw in his community. As a native of Chicago’s Northshore region, he has dedicated most of his life to helping his Highland Park peers with their health and strength training goals. George is as comfortable helping athletes add mass as he is helping senior citizens retain their independence. He regularly works with clients from many varying walks of life and fitness levels. Consequently, one of George’s best strengths is his ability to find reasonable fitness plans that are designed specifically for each client’s personal needs.
