Meet North Shore Strength Trainer George Solomos
North Shore native and HIT180Fitness founder George Solomos is an accomplished personal strength trainer and gifted athlete. He founded HIT180Fit to fill a void in the community. As a resident of Chicago’s Northshore region for most of his life, George is committed to helping his North Shore peers with their health and strength training goals. George is just as comfortable helping athletes add mass and functional strength as he is helping senior citizens retain their independence. He frequently works with clients from varying walks of life and fitness levels. Consequently, among George’s strengths is the ability to find achievable fitness plans with goals that are designed specifically for each client’s personal needs. He strives to maintain a safe & healthy approach in all of his training endeavors, because what good is strength training if you end up getting injured?
In addition to George, HIT180Fitness employs a highly skilled team of trainers and instructors, each with their own expertise. From N.E.S.T.A & IFPA certified personal trainer Todd Ball to certified personal trainer and registered nurse Olivia Hoyt, our incredible personal trainers will help you meet and exceed your goals. Furthermore, we offer several HIIT classes (high intensity interval training) and other killer group classes, many of which are low impact to prevent injuries.
