Not all days will be “good days” but it’s my job to find your drive and get you moving! The routines I create are dynamic, adaptive and fun. I like to challenge my clients to a capacity I know they can reach. Creating an exercise regimen is the easy part of my job, that part that challenges me and keeps me going is motivating clients. I currently hold a degree in Exercise Science and am pursuing an additional degree in Occupational Therapy, through my knowledge and experience I create a personalized approach for each one of my clients and help them reach their goals.
