I have been working with people of all ages for over 10 years. I’ve learned over the years that I’m very passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals and feeling better about themselves. With personal training I like to approaching it on two sides, the “personal” and “training” sides. Getting to know my people and then training them. I like being creative with my workouts and changing things up from time to time to always keep the body guessing. It’s great getting someone to do something they never thought they could. It might not be the easy road, but hard work does pay off in the long run!
