Philosophy
Fitness has been my life for many years now. I have worked with many different ages from young kids to adults with Parkinson’s disease. I believe everyone should enjoy fitness and have fun doing it. Everyone is different, which is why I make sure to create all of my work out plans specific to each person that fits what they are trying to achieve and their goals.
