Not only is boxing extremely fun, but it is also a great way to stay in tip-top shape! Group Boxing is a cardiovascular workout that quickly eliminates fat and keeps you looking lean. There is also a strength training aspect to boxing that will tone your muscles without building too much bulk. Our boxing class is structured into intervals designed to fluctuate your heart rate, resulting in more of a calorie burn than running or jogging. The first 10 minutes will be functional warm up followed by 40 minutes of action packed bag and mitt work and a 10 minute core cool down. We provide gloves in this group class or you can bring your own.
