Not only is boxing extremely fun, but it is also a great way to stay in tip-top shape! Boxing is a cardiovascular workout that quickly eliminates fat and keeps you looking lean. There is also a strength training aspect to boxing that will tone your muscles without building too much bulk. Our boxing class is structured into intervals designed to fluctuate your heart rate, resulting in more of a calorie burn than running or jogging. The first 30 minutes will be functional cardio exercises and the last 30 minutes will be boxing. We provide gloves or you can bring your own.
