Our Kids Speed, Strength and Fitness classes are designed for children of all ages (between 6 and 11 years old) and sizes. We tailor our classes to each child’s specific strength and capabilities using sport-training methodologies. Children will achieve their fitness goals and learn to perform at optimal levels of performance all while having fun with friends! Our motivational classes with the help of our experienced and encouraging youth trainers provide your child, adolescent, or teenager needs to improve confidence and achieve fitness success!
