George Solomos, a North Shore area native and accomplished athlete, founded HIT180Fit to meet a need in the community. He dedicates his life to helping his community stay strong and safely improve fitness. George is as comfortable helping senior citizens retain their independence as he is helping professional athletes add bulk and has worked with people from all walks of life. Consequently, George focuses on finding successful plans that are suitable for each client’s personal needs and always strives for a safe & healthy approach. In addition to George, HIT180Fit features a diverse team of personal trainers with specialties and expertise in virtually all facets of fitness training. From certified sports nutritionist and former marine Kevin Rasmussen to NASM certified personal trainer Courtney Butzen, our friendly and knowledgeable team will help you set, meet, and exceed your goals.
