The purpose of this class is to keep the heart rate consistently elevated at an aerobic level to guarantee dramatic fitness results in under an hour. Participants will engage in a series of cardio and strength training exercises with brief rest breaks in between.
Because this program focuses on both cardio and strength, it is fast-paced and more stimulating than a typical class. Not only will you burn calories, but you will have fun in the process!
