Hit 180 is the perfect balance of cardio and strength training. The classes are always different. The instructors are motivating, encouraging and helpful if you are dealing with any injuries. I highly recommend Hit 180 for anyone looking for a fun, challenging, and full body workout. Give it a try, you will probably come back for more!
